be removed when sending to mastering? I do not mix heavy into it just catch a little peak here and there. Thanks you very much for replies.

Hi Eric,

it´s definitely always the best option to send me the mixdown without anything on the master. No EQ, no Limiter, nothing. It´s OK if you use it to catch peaks when mixing, but when bouncing the final mixdown, just remove it and lower the master-fader until there is a headroom of about -2 dBFS. This way you don´t limit any of my options when mastering and this ultimately is good for the best quality.

Also have a look over here http://www.xarcmastering.com/faq/ for more frequently asked questions.

Thank you.
